The work

No client logos here yet — these are our own products, built end to end, which is exactly how we build for clients. Everything below is real, running, and inspectable.

Simplicity

Live

Full product: web app, iOS app, Mac app, backend, billing · Next.js · React · Supabase (Postgres, RLS, pgvector) · Stripe · Anthropic · SwiftUI

A complete Claude-powered workspace: streaming conversations, projects with memory and a knowledge base, publishable artifacts with an automated quality loop, connectors, and video + code agents. Row-level security on every table, a Playwright suite spanning Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit (desktop + mobile), and a native iOS client sharing the same backend.

  • 33 end-to-end scenarios across Chromium, Firefox, desktop and mobile WebKit
  • 54 database migrations checked into version control
  • Artifacts are linted, scored, and optionally cross-model audited before publish

IronLog

Live

Product: offline-first PWA + native iOS app · React · single-file PWA architecture · service worker · serverless sync

An offline-first gym companion — workout, nutrition, and body tracking with an AI coach, plus a social layer of friends, duels, and streaks. It works fully offline; the cloud is a sync layer, not a requirement. The native iOS build is done and heading to the App Store.

  • Fully offline-capable: log a session with no signal, sync on reconnect
  • Installable PWA today, with a native iOS build alongside

AgentDeck

In development

Internal dev tool we build with daily · Node · PTY terminals · multi-vendor agent orchestration

Mission control for coding agents: Claude, Codex, and Grok as real terminals that talk to each other, review each other's diffs, and build through a maker → checker → deterministic-gate loop. It designed and adversarially reviewed this very website.

  • Cross-vendor agents review each other's diffs before merge
  • This site's design spec and pre-launch reviews are AgentDeck transcripts

Ani

In development

Product: native macOS app · Swift · SwiftUI · on-device speech · local-first storage

A desk-side companion with a voice and a brain. Private by default: wake-word and dictation run on-device, memory is preferences-only and consented, and actions execute only after an explicit yes.

  • Voice processing stays on-device
  • Actions are gated and require your explicit confirmation

How we build

One accountable builder, agents at the bench. Features run through a maker → checker → gate loop: one AI agent builds in an isolated branch, a different vendor's agent reviews the diff with fresh eyes, deterministic tests hold the vote — and Byheir Wise approves the merge. Nothing grades its own homework, and nothing ships itself. See the running log at the forge log.
