What Simplicity (WiseForge) collects and why.
When you use the "Tell the forge" form on the WiseForge homepage, we store what you submit — your name, email, and message — in our own database, and use it solely to review and reply to your inquiry. It is never sold, shared, or used for marketing lists, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your email (for sign-in), conversations and attachments, saved memories and knowledge-base documents, settings, usage metadata (token counts per request, for limits and the cost dashboard), and — if you connect external tools — encrypted access tokens for those services.
To run the service: messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses (Simplicity is built on Anthropic's Claude models.). Connected-tool tokens are used only to call the tools you've enabled, are encrypted at rest, and never reach your browser or other users. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.
With your explicit consent — asked once in the app and changeable anytime in Settings — we collect product-analytics events to understand how Simplicity is used and improve it: pages visited, features used (for example that a chat was sent and with which model, never its content), timestamps, your device class (screen size, platform, language, timezone, app vs. browser), your IP address, and the approximate location derived from it (country/region/city). If you decline, none of this is collected. Withdrawing consent stops collection immediately; previously collected events can be deleted on request.
The service operator (WiseForge) can access account data — including conversations, artifacts, settings, usage, and analytics events — for operations, support, abuse prevention, and legal compliance. Access is limited to the operator's own administrator account and is not shared with third parties.
We don't sell your data, run ads against it, or use your conversations to train models.
Deleting a conversation, memory, document, or connection removes it from our database. To delete your whole account and all data, email byheirw@gmail.com.
