WiseForge is a one-person, AI-native product studio run by Byheir Wise — developer & lead data analyst. One accountable builder, working with a bench of AI agents under a maker → checker → gate discipline: agents build and review each other's work across different vendors, deterministic tests hold the final vote, and a human approves every merge. The method is documented in the open on our forge log.
