Simplicity is an AI chat application operated by WiseForge. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Simplicity provides AI-generated responses. Responses can be wrong — verify anything important before relying on it. You are responsible for what you submit and for complying with applicable law. Simplicity is built on Anthropic's Claude models.Use of the service is also subject to Anthropic's acceptable-use requirements for AI systems.
Paid plans (Plus, Pro, Premier) renew monthly or annually through Stripe until canceled. Each plan includes usage limits measured over rolling windows; when a limit is reached, usage pauses until the window rolls over or you upgrade. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from the billing portal — downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
If Simplicity isn't working out, email byheirw@gmail.comwithin 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it in full. After 14 days, charges for the current period are non-refundable, but cancellation stops all future charges.
Your conversations, memories, and uploads remain yours. We store them to provide the service and don't sell them. You can delete conversations, memories, and knowledge-base documents at any time; deleting your account removes your data.
Don't use Simplicity for anything unlawful or harmful, to develop competing models from our outputs, or to probe or disrupt the service.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiseForge's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before a claim.
